This is summer happiness to share! The tuna, shallot, cream cheese and capers are first finely pureed and finally refined with parsley. Serve chilled on bread, it is a wonderful aperitif for your friends and family!

Tuna paste


7,1 oz organic Tuna from the can

1 shallot finely chopped

5,2 oz freshcheese

1 TS capern

1,5 oz chopped parsley


Drain the tuna and finely puree with the shallot, cream cheese and capers. At the end, just undercut the parsley. Cool for a few hours before serving.
